‍We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online Course Instructor to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive online courses in your area of expertise. Create lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that meet educational standards and learning objectives.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons using various teaching methods and technologies. Ensure students understand the material and can apply what they have learned.
• Student Assessment: Create and grade assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas where students may need additional support and offer guidance.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student participation, answer questions, and provide support through online discussion forums, emails, and virtual office hours.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online education and your subject area. Regularly update course content and teaching methods to ensure they remain current and effective.
• Collaboration: Work with other instructors, instructional designers, and the administrative team to continuously improve the quality of our courses and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field; Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
• Strong knowledge of the subject area and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
